Where we're at
Right now we sell direct to households only. Selling to a store to resell is a different category with different rules, and we're not going to cut that corner. Our USDA-inspected production is in progress, and wholesale opens when it's granted — not before.
Joining the list costs nothing and commits you to nothing. When we open, you hear from us first, in the order people signed up.
What you'd be stocking
- Two heats — Hot and Mild — across six sizes, from a 1 oz counter pack to a 22 oz bag
- Shelf-stable, no refrigeration, no special handling
- Made and packed by us in New York, from federally inspected beef
- Contains peanuts and soy — full statement on every pack
What we'll need from you
Store name, where you are, and roughly what kind of volume you'd expect. That's it for now.
