Getting it to you
We pack and ship two to three times a week, so your order goes out on the next packing day after you place it.
How it works
Everything is made and packed by us in New York. We're not a warehouse with a shift running all day — we pack on kitchen days. That means your order sits for a day or two at most, then goes out with USPS.
You'll get a tracking number by email the moment the label is made. If it's been more than three business days and you haven't seen one, write to us.
Where we ship
Anywhere in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii and military addresses. We don't ship internationally yet.
When it arrives
Kilishi is shelf-stable, so it doesn't need refrigeration and it won't mind a day on your porch. Once it's open, reseal the pack and keep it somewhere cool and dry.
If something goes wrong
Late, lost, or the pack turned up damaged — reach out with your order number and we'll do our best to make it right.
