Shipping Policy

Order Processing

We process orders as quickly as possible. Processing times may vary based on order volume, production schedules, and holidays. Orders are not guaranteed to ship the same day they are placed.

Shipping Time Estimates

Shipping times shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Carrier transit times can vary due to weather, peak seasons (including holidays), carrier delays, and other events outside our control.

Tracking

If your order includes tracking, you’ll receive a tracking link automatically once a shipping label is created. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after label creation, especially during peak shipping periods.

Carrier Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, customs, or events outside our control. Once an order is handed off to the carrier, the shipment is in the carrier’s control.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for any re-shipping costs. We are not responsible for orders delivered to the address provided at checkout.

Delivered Packages / Theft

If tracking shows your package was delivered but you can’t locate it:

  • Check around your delivery location and with neighbors/building staff.

  • Contact the carrier with your tracking number.

We are not responsible for stolen packages once marked delivered. In some cases, we may assist with a claim depending on carrier eligibility.

Lost in Transit

If your package has not moved for an extended period, contact us and we will help you open a carrier investigation. Replacement or store credit (if offered) is handled case-by-case and depends on carrier confirmation.

Returned to Sender / Refused Packages

If a package is returned to us or refused by the customer, we can reship it (shipping costs may apply). Refunds (if approved) do not include original shipping costs.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the packaging and the product
    We’ll review and determine the best resolution.

International Shipping (If Applicable)

International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, taxes, and import charges. These are the customer’s responsibility. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Split Shipments

We may ship items separately depending on availability. If this happens, you’ll receive separate tracking updates (when available).
