Refund policy

Returns

We offer a 30-day return window. This means you have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging (with any tags/labels if applicable). You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Start a Return

To request a return, email us at info@kilishi.us. If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on where and how to send your package.

Please note: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages, Defects, or Wrong Item

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@kilishi.us so we can review the issue and make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (including food items)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Personal care products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order once your return is accepted.


European Union: 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason. Items must be returned unused, in the original packaging, and include proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
